In an excellent move, Boris has cancelled the congestion charge today -Â although even getting into the congestion charge zone may be a tricky prospect at the moment. In fact, Boriswatch Towers is completely immersed in the snow that blanketed Britain last night, and there’s plenty more to come. Wrap up warm, Boriswatchers!
