There’s little doubt that Boriswatchers eagerly anticipate his weekly Telegraph column. This week’s entry was a particular treasure, and could bring a mirth-induced tear to a glass eye. However, if you want a Boris-authored column with a little more pressure on the political jugular, look no further than his more occasional columnns for The Spectator – in particular this little cracker, where Boris analyses the Tory campaign and even discusses Michael Howard’s unpopularity. Hmmm – I wonder who could be a more popular leader?
