Boriswatch was unaware there even was a Silliness Chart, but it looks as though Boris was in first place and has now slipped to second place. ITN reports that Boris will be disappointed, although I have a sneaking suspicion he’ll be a little happier than that…!
It looks like a load of fun, and I’m sure Boris will be disappointed. But not too disappointed to try and regain top spot again next year.
